By accessing or using Hospitality Partners Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 1. About the Platform Hospitality Partners Match is a business networking and matchmaking platform designed to facilitate introductions between hospitality vendors, manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and related businesses. We do not act as an agent, broker, reseller, distributor, consultant, or representative of any user on the Platform. We provide information and matchmaking tools only. 2. User Eligibility You must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Be authorized to represent your company or organization. • Provide accurate and truthful information. 3. User Profiles Users may create profiles describing their business, products, services, capabilities, and partnership requirements. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted. We reserve the right to remove or suspend profiles that contain false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. 4. Match Recommendations The Platform may provide recommendations using search, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or other technologies. Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the suitability, quality, reliability, financial standing, or performance of any company introduced through the Platform. 5. Business Relationships Any discussions, negotiations, agreements, transactions, partnerships, distributorships, or commercial arrangements are solely between the participating companies. Hospitality Partners Match is not a party to such agreements and accepts no liability arising from them. 6. Confidential Information Users should exercise appropriate business judgment before sharing confidential information. The Platform cannot guarantee that all users will maintain confidentiality. 7. Intellectual Property Users retain ownership of their content, logos, brochures, and materials. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Hospitality Partners Match a non-exclusive license to display such content for the purpose of operating the Platform. 8. Fees and Payments Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hospitality Partners Match shall not be liable for: • Lost profits • Lost business opportunities • Indirect or consequential damages • Actions or omissions of other users • Commercial disputes between users The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 10. Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
